All parking at the La Vista City Centre is owned and operated by the City of La Vista. There are two parking garages in the development and street parking. Rates are set by the City of La Vista and can change at any time.

Parking is available on a first come, first served basis, or you can reserve a space in advance using this link.

Limited free parking is available at the lots at La Vista Central Park North (84th and Park View Blvd) and Central Park East (7702 Edgewood Blvd).

Where can I buy tickets?

Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticketing provider for all shows at The Astro. Tickets can be purchased at any time at www.ticketmaster.com.

Tickets can be purchased in person at The Astro’s box office on all show days 1 hour before doors open. Tickets can only be purchased with a credit or debit card. The box office is located at the main entrance of the venue at 8302 City Centre Dr. in La Vista, NE.

Beware of secondary resale sites as the venue can only guarantee the validity of tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster or the venue’s box office.

My tickets were lost, stolen, or destroyed. What can I do?

Please contact us at ticketing@theastrotheater.com for assistance. If we have a record of your purchase and can verify your identity as the original purchaser, we may be able to reprint your tickets once the original tickets are voided. Please be aware we cannot verify tickets that were not purchased from the venue box office or Ticketmaster.

Do children need a ticket?

Children 2 and under are free if sitting on an adult’s lap. For shows intended for young audiences, the policy may change.

Is my show indoor or outdoor?

If a show is labeled as The Astro, it is an indoor show. If the show is labeled as The Astro Amphitheater, the show is outdoors.

Is my show seated or GA standing?

The Astro, both the indoor and outdoor venues, are capable of fully or partially seated shows, or general admission standing room only.

If your ticket shows an exact seat location (a section, row, and seat number) you will have a designated seat.

If your ticket shows General Admission (GA) or Standing Room Only (SRO), or PIT, you do not have a seat.

If your ticket shows a table number, you will have a high-top cocktail table and a barstool seat with a back.

What are your entry protocols?

All guests will be subject to metal detector screening prior to entry, and all approved bags will be searched. Please see our clear bag policy and prohibited items policy FAQs.

Do you have a clear bag policy?

For the safety of our staff and guests, The Astro will limit the size and type of bags entering the venue and enforce the following clear bag policy.

  • All bags must be completely clear, or 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches or smaller.
  • All bags will be measured and searched upon entry.
  • There are no storage areas available at the venue for prohibited bags. If you bring a prohibited bag, you will be able to return the bag to your vehicle before entering the venue.

  • Bags that do not adhere to the clear bag policy
  • Balloons
  • Cameras with detachable lenses, Tripods, Selfie Sticks, GoPros, Audio Recording, and Video Recording Devices
  • Chairs, Stools, or Other Seating Devices
  • Drugs or Illegal Substances
  • Hoverboards / Heely / Skateboards / Rollerblades Inflatables
  • Noisemakers (bells, whistles, air horns, etc.)
  • Outside food or drink
  • Remote Controlled Devices; Drones
  • Signs, Banners, Promotional Material on Sticks, Rods, or Poles
  • Strollers
  • Tablets, Computers, or Large Electronics
  • Teasers, Laser Pointers, and Glow Sticks
  • Weapons, or an object resembling a weapon; No firearms, knives, razors, brass knuckles, chains, mace, pocket knives,
  • Any other items deemed unsafe by venue management or event promoter

Do you have a lost and found?

What is your camera policy?

Professional grade cameras with detachable lenses, or tablets such as iPads, are not allowed in the venue. In most cases a small, point-and-shoot camera will be allowed in. However, this policy can change at any time at the request of the tour.

What is included in a VIP suite ticket?

The VIP suite is located on the east side of the venue on the balcony level. VIP suite ticketholder amenities include a designated entrance on the East side of the venue, a private bar with lounge seating, private restrooms, and a premium view of the show. VIP suite tickets may be for an assigned seat or SRO (standing room only). Please check your ticket to determine seating type.

Is your venue ADA accessible?

Both The Astro and The Astro Amphitheater are ADA accessible.

  • Parking: Accessible parking for The Astro and The Astro Amphitheater is located at various points in the La Vista City Centre near the venue. This includes accessible parking stalls in Garage 1 and Garage 2 and various street parking at the City Centre. Curbside drop-off is permitted at the main entrance of The Astro on City Centre Drive.
  • Venue Entry: All three (3) entrances to The Astro Theater are accessible without steps, significant inclines, or other barriers. The east side VIP Entrance is a designated accessible entrance with direct access to the venue’s elevator. The Astro Amphitheater is located on the north side of The Astro and is accessible via an ADA compliant ramp on the west side of The Astro’s main entrance.
  • Seating/Accessible Tickets: Ticket purchasers requiring accommodation should look for the accessible designation on the seating map when ordering online at ticketmaster.com. This is usually found by clicking the “show accessible seats” toggle on the ticket purchasing page. If a guest were to purchase a seat in an area that is not considered accessible but needs accommodation, the guest should visit the venue’s box office on the day of show and request assistance

Is there an age requirement?

The Astro is an all-ages venue unless otherwise noted for a specific show.

What forms of payment does the bar accept?

Card payment only. The Astro is a cashless venue.

Does The Astro offer coat check services?

Coat check is available for the indoor venue only. Coat check is located at Guest Services on the East side of the Balcony Level for $5. Card payment only.
